Het eerste raceweekend komt dan toch echt aan, de Historic Grandprix Zandvoort!
Om alles in goede banen te lijden is er extra inzet van iedereen nodig. Hierbij de belangrijkste zaken alvast;
1. Geen prijs uitreiking, om samenscholing te voorkomen 2. We hebben een nieuwe hoofdsponsor dus iedere auto moet een nieuwe raam streamer. Deze is bij Willem Mank verkrijgbaar net als de andere benodigde stickers. 3. De tijden zullen in het raceweekend door Willem Mank worden uitgedeeld, ga dus niet zelf op pad.
In de bijlage tref je alvast de benodigde informatie aan. De inschrijflijst van de deelnemers volgt zo spoedig mogelijk! Met vriendelijke groet,

Dear drivers,
The first race weekend is coming up again, the Historic Grandprix Zandvoort!
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, extra effort is required from everyone. The most important things here;
1. No award ceremony, to avoid gathering
2. We have a new main sponsor so every car needs a new window streamer. This is available from Willem Mank as are the other required stickers.
3. The times will be distributed by Willem Mank during the race weekend, so don’t go out yourself.
You will find the necessary information in the appendix.
The registration list of the participans will follow as soon as possible!
As the world around us is getting adjusted to COVID-19 we have been able to make an updated calendar, with 4 races ahead of us.
So get ready to race!
We start at Zolder the 8th and 9th of August.
Early September we go to Zandvoort HGP
Early October we have our first visit to Dijon
and the last weekend of October we close on Assen
Also the 3 hour race at Nurburgring is still joinable for anyone who likes to, on the Friday 7th of August.
Of course races will be with approperiate and local measures like no or limited public, but we still have the full programme of racing in the weekends

For our package deal holders we will offer a discount because they missed a few races. For holders who are not to leave e.g. their country do to regulations and can’t participate we will fully refund. For all package deal holders, many thanks for your patience and loyalty, we hope to see you again on these races! Of course same rule holds, that you can ‘sell’ races.

Inschrijving early bird package deal is vanaf nu geopend en tot en met 15 december beschikbaar. Boek hem snel want deze €300,- korting is maar tijdelijk!
Helaas hebben wij moeten constateren wat er een administratieve fout is gemaakt bij het opmaken van het klassement. Per abuis is de race op de Nurburgring meegenomen in de doortelling voor het NK kampioenschap.

Over een week is het zover:
de Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort!
Paddock
Wij delen paddock B, ook wel
bekend als de oude slipschool, met het NK HTGT. We zijn samen met bijna 110
deelnemende auto’s, dus we moeten vreselijk efficiënt omgaan met de ruimte. Daarom
wordt iedere deelnemer wordt individueel naar zijn plaats in de paddock
begeleid en moet zich installeren op de plek die door de paddock stewards of
door vertegenwoordigers van het NK HTGT of het NK GTTC wordt aangewezen. Dat is
in principe aansluitend, op volgorde van aankomst. Voor elke deelnemer is
er een vak van ca. 3*15 meter beschikbaar, waarmee er voldoende ruimte moet
zijn voor alle deelnemers. Wij rekenen op jullie medewerking , want alleen met
jullie medewerking is er voor alle deelnemers voldoende ruimte beschikbaar, ook
voor de deelnemers die pas laat arriveren. In een volgende mail kom ik terug
met meer uitgebreide instructies voor de paddock indeling en de route naar de
paddock.
Toegang, datum / tijden voor
plaatsing op Paddock.
Op
woensdag 4 en donderdag 5 september a.s.,
zullen Paul van Stenis jullie begeleider zijn op de paddock, samen met Derek
Visser.
De toegang naar paddock B is
alleen mogelijk via Parking
C vanaf woensdag 11.00 uur. Derhalve zal de hoofdingang van
Parking B gesloten blijven. Woensdag is aankomst mogelijk tot 22.00 uur.
Paul en Derek brengen jullie
één voor één naar uw plaats op de paddock, om reden dat om en nabij 100 rijders
hier een plaats moeten vinden en er ook voldoende ruimte moet zijn voor
diegenen die later komen. In dit verband willen wij jullie vriendelijk
verzoeken om zo efficiënt mogelijk op te bouwen met zo min mogelijk verlies van
ruimte.
Feedback
Je helpt ons enorm als je ons
laat weten als je niet in paddock B staat, maar op een andere plek in de paddock,
bijvoorbeeld omdat je ook bij Masters deelneemt! Dan weten wij met wie we wel
en geen rekening moeten houden.

vorige versie zijn in geel en oranje gemarkeerd. Controleer je gegevens en geef

Tijdschema en team
information
Bijgaand ontvang je de
laatste versie van het tijdschema en de team information. Er zijn voor het NK
GTTC geen wijzigingen in het tijdschema ten opzichte van vorige
versies. Lees de team information grondig door, dat voorkomt verrassingen en
teleurstelling. En als er vragen zijn: stel ze!
In only a weeks NK HTGT will be revving up for two
championship races in the Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort!
Paddock
NK GTTC shares Paddock B – also known as the ‘oude
slipschool’ (former skid school) – with our onder sister series NK HTGT.
Together we have about 110 competing cars, so we have to be very efficient when
it comes to paddock space. Every competitor/team will be brought to his/her/its
place individually by a paddock steward or a representative of NK HTGT or NK
GTTC. Your place will be adjacent to the competitor arriving before you, in
order of arrival. For every competitor there will be a surface available of
appr. 3*15 meters, securing enough space for all competitors. We count on your
cooperation and support: we can only make it work with your full cooperation!
And of course we and you wouldn’t want to disappoint competitors that arrive
late. I’ll come back to the paddock issues in another mail, with full
instructions and the right route to our paddock.
Acces to paddock, dates en
time for the paddock allocation.
On Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5
September Wednesday 4 and
Thursday 5
september will Paul van Stenis of the circuit be your
dispatcher for the paddock allocation. He will be assisted by Derek Visser.
The access to Paddock B is
via Parking C on
Wednesday starting 11.00. The main entrance via Parking B will
remain closed. Wednesday closing time is 22.00.
Paul and Derek will allocate
you one by one to your assigned paddock slot. This to secure that all drivers
have a paddock place by noon on Thursday. We therefore ask all to contribute as
efficiently as possible so that all have their paddock slot.
You’ll help us enormously if you let us know if
you won’t be in Paddock B, for example because you also compete in
another series like Masters. Than we know who to count on and who will be
somewhere else! Thanks in advance!
